My sister forwarded this link on to me. It's a Watchdog Site that helps you locate (child) Sex Offenders in your area, but the method in which it does it is pretty neat. (or possibly scary)
I had a little trouble mapping some of my street/neighborhood since it is relatively new, but I got a decent overview of my area.
Here is the original text of the email I got:
Click on the link, enter your address... it will show a "house", that's yours... all the little colored boxes are Sex Offenders...click on them and you get a name & picture of the person along with his crime...pretty amazing and scary...Pass this on to your friends and family.

It totally freaked me out how many colored squares there were in my city and that there were so many near schools --- i thought there was some rule about that!
