On Monday, I picked up the final two documents at the Chinese Consulate that needed to be authenticated. Then, I drove over to Lisa's house for lunch and conversation, and Mary Mia force fed me chocolate covered Oreo cake. See why I can't lose weight? Damn women!
Bryan and I got the other necessary (icky) passport pictures taken Monday night. Hopefully, I didn't screw anything up. I always have this feeling I did. But, today the dossier is in the mail to CCAI. Out of my hands. And that is kind of scary, too...thinking of all the money and time invested in that pile of papers somewhere between here and Colorado!
I won't rest until I'm finally official, but at least this is the first step, eh?

I am honored to be a part of this process. And, pleased for the opportunity of creating something special for you. Be watching for quilt block patterns that you like. As Gen will tell you that is the hardest part of quilting. I am sure that we will be in touch over the next few months as we work on this project together.
