Having the option to stay at home instead of work is one that I am fortunate to have.
HOWEVER:
Some days, I wake up and realize that I have to repeat an entire day of exactly what I did the day before.
Many days that's OK. Other days that does not sit very well.
The job, while demanding, is not one that is intellectually stimulating.
Many days that's OK. Other days that does not sit very well.
Well, today is one of those "other days".
**See? Even my blog post is boring and dull.**

I might make you feel better to remember that many days at work, you had to repeat the same stuff you did the day before. "Same stuff, different faces!" That's what we used to say.
I find the 'routine' helps me pass the time and Gwen seems to enjoy it. We go to the mall every single day and walk around before the stores open. I sip a Diet Coke and we explore all of the wonderful offerings of the various vendors (through the window). So far, Gwen seems to really like diamonds and shoes! :)

After finally getting out from a job I grew to hate, ANYTHING is better. Anything. I swear I could sit and watch the grass grow and be happier. (Keep in mind that I don't yet have a child in the house so I am getting regular sleep and only taking care of my husband and the cats. After we come back from China... well, heh heh, we'll see what my story is then...)
